INSTRUCTIONS WHEN VISITING CC COMMUNICATIONS – PARKING & ENTRY ACCESS

CC Communications is located in the Factory South building (Historic Lance Crackers Manufacturing Plant) at the corner of South Boulevard and Bland Street, in the Charlotte ‘South End’ district, very near uptown.

The Factory South building faces South Boulevard. The entrance is on the Arlington Avenue side of the building. There are several one-hour free parking spaces located near the entrance awning and additional parking spaces are also located in the front center of the building connecting to South Boulevard.

The entrance to the building is under the awning facing Arlington Avenue. Inside the lobby, dial 304 on the silver telephone pad and someone from our team will come downstairs to lead you to the CC Communications suite on the 3rd floor.

In the rare event that you can not find a free guest parking space, you may also park anywhere in the unattended back parking lot located directly behind the Factory South building (with an entrance from Bland Street) and beside the light-rail train tracks. Take the exterior stairway located at the east end of the back parking lot (closest to the tall pink-glass building) to access the building entrance.
