Office Solutions’ old site had products hidden behind a challenging login. This was blocking users and search engines alike from accessing inventory. By making the products visible, plus including related products on these pages, we provided a method for users to easily navigate through the inventory. Another improvement we implemented was information request forms that let the sales team know what product page a customer was on when they submitted a contact form. This allowed the sales team to understand which products a customer was searching for before they followed up with a call.
